i typed that entry like last week. it's 12:50 now though, and i have to get up at 8, so i'm going to go to bed. i'll try to post more later. i don't like the new version of sema very much either. :/

hmm, let's see, where to begin... not really that much has been happening at school. i took a finance test the other day that i failed misurably. i got a 47 on it, and that sucked, more so since i got a 97 on the first one... a 50 point drop. ouch. luckilyk, the rest of the class did really poorly too, so she let us retake the test as a take home open book test. which was great. aaaannd, that stupid infosystems project, where i have to compare the different microprocessor architecture of 3 different kind of chips, is going to be hard as BALLS, but since she keeps delaying the due date, i think i can handle it. eventually. :D

work = same ole stuff

i FINALLY got my laptop fixed. i got bored the other day, so i took it apart. i saw how it came apart, so i was like HEY! i can fix this. lol. so yeah, i got online and searched for the part, last i heard it was like 800 dollars, so i was like HELL NO i'm not gonna spend that. i mean the laptops decent, win98.. it's a 450 i think, w/ 64 megs of ram, and a 6.4gb hd. so yeah! i found it online for a mere 315 dollars, and my mom agreed to pay half, so i ordered it, and it came in, and i installed it. i had a few screws left over afterwards, which usually isn't a plus, but it's up and running again... so i stopped by best buyand picked up an ethernet card for it, i figured HEY. we'll go ahead and get it working FULL THROTTLE. lol. so yeah, i'm sittin here in my bed now, updating my journal on my laptop. it's great.

anyway yeah, all those people that said "we don't know how to fix that kind of problem" can suck my dick. because i got it. jeremy > tech support

i really haven't updated my journal in quite a while now, i actually have quite a bit of stuff going on with school, my laptop, and that's about it really, but i have to go to work now, so hopefully i'll see this tonight and remember HEY! UPDATE!

had ass amounts of school work to do tonight, i got it all done, more or less. i still have a HUGE project due next weekend that i really need to work on, and a test tomorrow that i haven't studied at all for. so i dunno how that's gonna go, prolly fail. that's ok tho, i've done pretty well today.

sigh.

it's sunday. i have SO much homework to do, but my mind is just refusing to function properly. you ever try to write a paper, and you just totally can't come up with the right words? like you know what you want to say, but it just totally doesn't flow off your fingers like it should... yeah i'm like that today, i need to write 2 papers (one tuesday, one by next weekend), a java program that's due on tuesday, and i still need to have enough time to study for that test that i've got coming up on tuesday. i don't know what on earth i'm going to do, my brain is just not working. growl. maybe it's the music. lol.

nostalgia

hm, well let's see. lindsey and i took a walk today, down to the volleyball court down in wellesley, for those of you who don't know, she's this girl that i know from work that i've been sorta "dating" for the last couple of weeks. anyway, she lives really near where megan used to live, and we were walking down there, and we passed the tennis courts right there by the road or whatever, and i couldn't help but think back to when megan and i broke up. it was really nostalgic. i guess it sorta bothered me for a second, but it was fleeting. i guess it just got me thinking. but yeah anyway, we ended up more or less babysitting all day, it was really fun though. we chilled with the kids, they were anywhere from like 4-13 or something years old. it was one of the first times in like years that i felt cool just chillin with the kids. lol. it was neat. anyway that's basically my day. guess it was just something on my mind that i felt like i should get out.


i guess to megan, just because i haven't really said anything about anything, seeing as how we hardly talk, but yeah: i still think you're an awesome person, and i wouldn't change anything given the chance. i guess i just wanna say thank you for being such an awesome person. you were a great first girlfriend and it just really meant a lot getting to know how much fun being in a relationship can really be. so thank you. :)

(and no, this song isn't at all about my mood, i just absolutely love it. :P lol. )
