so, i get this message on my answering machine the other day from soneone at the state attourney's office. she's like "Hi! this is with the attourney's office. I'm calling about a case that's set to go into court tomorrow against for grand larceny, and i think this was involving your car..."

so i'm freaking out, looking out my window to make sure my car's okay. lol.. so i finally get back in touch with her and come to find out she was trying to get in touch with a JERRY lawrence, and not me. so that all worked out okay

other than that, been working a lot. hanging out. that's about it. i made a cd the other day so i could listen to it while i'm playing QUAKE of all things, but i like it too much, so i think i'm gonna put it in my car. or make copies or something.
lol.

it's 2:30 almost, so i'm gonna head on to bed. NIGHT ALL

laptop!

so i finally found a use for my laptop. i'm sitting in bed now, waiting to go to sleep. i got a new router with wireless access the other day. it's really cool, so i'm sitting here in my bed, no wires or anything. it's really cool.

let's see, what've i been up to. we had a hurricane through here really bad, for those of you not from this area. it fcame through thursday. i had to work. it was great, we closed early, at 4, but i stayed until 6 or so to help out finish up stuff. i left to go home with a couple friends of mine in hopes to play some video games. we got to my house, and about 20 seconds later, the power went out. there goes video games. so we called up work, figuring that we'd have to go back, because all the refrigerated cases go down when the power's out, and sure enough, we ended up going back about 15 minutes later. we had to pull all the cases and stuff, ended up staying there until about 10:15. that's about 10 hours that day. the next day, i had to be in at 7. that's fine. got there around 7. we didn't open until around 10 or 10;30, and the power didn't come back on until 11:30 or so. at my house and at work. i worked until about 4:40 or something that day. hard, long day. turned out, about 1.8 million people or something were out of power in the state, and i think about 50% of them were in my store. they were buying ice like crazy. we got litterally tONS of ice, 21 pallets, and they sold in 2 hours. it was INSANE that day. i worked from about 12:30 to 10 the next night, so i had a LOT of hours last week. it was nice.

so we got our power back when i got home, and i got to play some video games. i spent some time on the computer, and went to sleep eventually. i had a hard time getting up on sunday, i was sooo achy. it was ridiculous.

anyway, now it's .. wednesday. i might have 2 tests tomorrow, so i'm going to go to sleep now. get at least 5 hours. NIGHT all, hope everyone has as good of a night as i plan to.

had to format again. as usual. school's going good, work sucks, but it's okay, looking for another job. etc etc. quake owns, morrowind owns. homework sucks.

SO!

it's been a while again. i really haven't been doing tha tmuch, i went to the beach for a few days with devin. stayed with his family for a few days, his aunt, uncle, and their 2 kids, one 4 year old boy (that had a tendency to dress in pink power puff girls pyjamas and bikinis) and his 8 year old sister. it was a lot of fun, we got to babysit some of the time, keeping them company in their pool. we spent a lot of time in their pool, swiming and such. went to the beach for a day. that was fun, but we were "at the beach" for like 3 or 4 days, and only actually went to the ocean one of the days. we spent a day at the water park they had there too, but that wasn't much fun. they had a wave pool, but it was really crowded, not very deep, and the waves were weak. they had a few water slides too, they were fun.

other than that, i've just been working and such. laura got back from her week long beach trip the othe rday, so we hung out pretty much all day. had a family reunion sunday, we all went to that, GREAT food. that's the best thing about family reunions. all the incredible food.

yeah and i got yelled at at work the other day. so we get a new manager at the store (i've been working there for 6 years now) and he comes in and thinks he knows everything about everything. and he has the nerve to say something to me. he's done that to so many people in the store. i know of a lot of people there that he's pissed off, and i can't think of anyone specific that actually likes him. i don't know what his problem is. but anyway i was helping a friend of mine pull the paper aisle (pulling stock off the top and putting it on the shelf, so as to make sure everything's full and fronted and looks all nice.) the manager comes up and says "why don't you go pull water or something instead of just standing there in the same 4 foot section." "OKAY!! :-D," i said. all excitedly and happy about it. yeah it was great.

anyway!

enough of that, i'm looking for a nother job about half assedly at the moment. i'm tired of the shit you have to put up with working in that store.

so still not too much going on. just been hanging out and working a lot. went to play pool last night, kinda had fun. not too much. stayed up after i got home. chris and i left kinda early for a change. wierd. went to denny's afterwards. got some french toast. yeah i need to quit eating so much. we were hungry though. so left denny's came home, got here at like 2:30 maybe, stayed up for a while, made a cd, played quake with kyle for a few mins and went to bed around 4:30. i just woke up. it's 12:12. ridiculous. oh well. peace.

just got back from playing pool. got my ass kicked for the first time in like MONTHS... it was actually kinda fun losing. i was playing terribly. lol. anyway, had fun, hope everyone had a good night. since todays' my birthday (hint hint) i probably won't be around, going out wit muh bebe! so anyway. night everyone, have a good one.

i always eat too much when i go out to lunch. chicken sandwich, and baked potato was enough. so then i had a gigantic chocolate "shortcake". blah. anyway! off to work. lovely. i feel assfat.

funerals, and haaving my room taken away.

so i'm sitting here trying to clean my room. my step dad's mom passed away on monday whilst i was at work. :( tragedy. she was such a nice lady, very friendly and always caring about other people. she was in pretty bad shape near the end though, so in a way, it's good that she doesn't have to suffer anymore.

since the funeral was today, i've had my step dad's brother and his girlfriend, pete(my step dad)'s sister, my grandmother(mom's mother) all here, so daniel's been sleeping on the floor in my room. i got my pc parts the other day, so all the boxes and stuff have been chilling on my floor for days now. i know ( as do any of you that actually know me) that my room is always messy anyway, but it's just gotten to the point that i can't take it anymore. so i'm cleaning it. i've gotten some of the crap up, and i wanted to take a little break. i hate cleaning my room SO much, because i have so much crap that i don't need, nor will i ever even look at anymore, and i need to get rid of it. but some of it, i just can't bring myself to dispose of with the vague "well what if i wanna see this later" sense. it's so annoying. i told myself that this summer, i was going to get my room looking emaculate, and i haven't even beGUN to do it yet, so maybe that's what i'll work at today. i'm gonna get the floor picked up, and vacuum, because the fucking dog (pardon my french) decided to come in here and chew up the styrofoam that my computer case was packed in. so i have little styrofoam chunks all over the floor.

so i went out to play pool last night, had like 2 drinks. didn't drink ANY water or anything afterwards and had this crazy wierd hangover this morning. but i drank an entire 20oz bottle of gatorade like after i went to pee, and felt like fine afterwards. i'm a crazyass.

(doesn't totally match my off-white cdrom/floppy drives, but hey. still. VERY nice computer. it does everything i've ever wanted ina computer, an dhas none of the problems.

went out to play pool tonight. got mad. had 2 slow gin fizz's. drove home. i know i know, bad jer. i wasn't feelin it though. it's all good, i had friends with me.

going to dad's tomorrow, birthday's next saturday. he said he was gonna give me money. YES. i need money, though i have a job, and make like 12,000 a year, i still somehow manage to spend it all and not have ANY left over. where does it all go? food. so aggravating, but it's so fun (and good) eating out all the time.

New computer, more posting maybe? and other such things.

god, it's been 6 months or more since i've posted. so much really that's changed, yet not much at all. i doubt if anyone really reads this anymore cept dave and such, but anyway. life's good, i've been working a lot, and hanging out with laura a ton, chris and devin have been hanging around too. i just got the computer, and it's great. no more lockups hopefully. i'm so excited that i don't have to worry about that anymore. finally a working computer that's 100% functional. haha. anyway. i'll try to write more later, i just have a lot of stuff to set up now. so anyway! byeee... check back soon. :D

ok, so school's back in. i haven't had much time at all to be online. i'm excited now that i get to spend like 10 minutes on my comjputer before i have to get back up again and start getting ready for work. this semester's gonna be easy, i'm only taking 12 credits, and they're easy classes. thus far, i'm only working like 20 hours a week too, which isn't much at all,k so that's going to be really easy too. i got back from that lan thing i did in nags head, check out the pics at http://www.stormzero.com/unafragger/lan2.html if you're interested. that was a blast.

anyway, how does one person go from being a total computer nerd, online every spare minute, to being totally away from his computer, and not getting much of a chance at all to spend time on the computer? i don't know, but i think i like it.

anyway, i'm up, and off again, going to work. class tomorrow, probably study some too. my room's a total disaster, so is my car right now, i need tl clean both of those and wash out my car too i think. out.
